We recommend booking at least a few days ahead to secure your preferred date. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
Yes — life happens. If your move date changes, just reach out as soon as possible and we'll work with you to reschedule. We're a small local business and we keep things flexible.
Just the basics — your delivery address, your move date, and roughly how many rooms you're packing. That's enough for us to recommend the right package and confirm availability.
For delivery, it's helpful to be there so we can confirm the drop-off spot. For pickup, we just need the stacked bins to be accessible — a garage, porch, or agreed-upon spot works great.

Our bins are 65 liters — roughly equivalent to 1.5 standard cardboard moving boxes. They're designed to be a comfortable weight when fully packed, easy to carry with two handles, and stack securely.
Yes — every bin is cleaned and inspected between rentals. You'll always receive a fresh, ready-to-pack set.
Normal wear and tear is no issue — the bins are built tough. If a bin is significantly damaged or goes missing, we'll let you know and discuss it reasonably. No surprise charges.
Packages from Starter and up include a flat rolling dolly at no extra charge. It's delivered with your bins and picked up at the same time. The dolly makes it easy to move multiple stacked bins at once, saving trips back and forth.
We're based in Stockton and offer free delivery and pickup to Stockton, Lodi, Galt, Manteca, Lathrop, and Tracy. If you're outside these areas, we may still be able to help for a delivery fee — just reach out.
Yes — delivery and pickup are both included in every package price within our standard service area. No surprise fees added at checkout. If you're outside our area, we'll be upfront about any additional cost before you commit.
That's totally fine — we deliver to where you're moving from and pick up from where you've moved to. As long as both locations are within our service area, there's no extra charge.
When you're done unpacking, just stack the empty bins in an accessible spot — a garage, porch, or front of the house works great. Let us know you're ready and we'll come collect them. You don't need to drive anything anywhere.
No hidden fees within our standard delivery area. The price you're quoted is the price you pay. If you're outside our zone, we'll tell you the delivery fee upfront before you book.
No problem — just reach out before your scheduled pickup date and we'll work out an extension. We're flexible and understand that moves don't always go exactly to plan.
When you factor in the cost of buying cardboard boxes, tape, and markers — plus the time spent assembling, breaking down, and recycling them — renting from Stackify is almost always cheaper and much less work.
